Backwoods Barbell Remote Athlete Program – $35 monthly
You can follow the same program that Kentucky’s strongest team follows plus coaching! This program is designed for full time weightlifters with 5-8 work outs a week. Workouts are designed to be done in 1-2 hours lengths. Focus will be strengthening and developing the full lifts. Programming will be set to peak for National Events such as the AO series, AO finals and National Championships. Athletes will receive weekly programming in an excel format that allows you to insert your current PR’s for exact weights needed for the programming. You will also have direct access to Head Coach Dylan Scott for form reviews and questioning. Remote Athlete Program will also allow Coaches to be there at your local meets if the area or if the in house team is there. We will also try to work with you to be at your National Events for coaching and support!

Weightlifting for Functional Fitness Athlete – $25 monthly
Backwoods Kentucky Barbell has been able to help functional fitness athletes reach the next level such as the Crossfit Regionals. We offer programming that is designed to take your functional fitness beyond the white board. Programming will be set to peak for the Crossfit Open. Programming is focused on building the full lifts but also building capacity with the barbell. This programming has traditional work for the full lifts but also barbell cycling work, grip strength, complex and much more that would help get stronger and fast with the barbell. Workout lengths will be designed to be done in 20-40 minuets .
Personalized Programming
Personalized programming will be considered on a athlete by athlete bias. Prices will vary.
